You will stay in the surroundings of the city-center, the European Parliament, the university campus and you will be able to discover Middle-Ages vestiges and Contemporary art creations.

Your accommodation was cheap, but we didn't know beforehand how close it was to the trains. A commodious closet space, but the sliding door tracks were broken. Luxuriously large bathtub, but no shower stall or curtain.

My bedside reading light was burned out. I reported it to the front desk the first morning. When I found it still dead that evening and asked at reception, they said sure, they wrote it in the book for maintenance! That's all, no light the second night. Then I asked for une ampoule, a light bulb. It needed a cruciform screwdriver which no one had. I even enlisted the floor contractor to contact the maintenance person. No result. It may seem to you that one burned-out light is a small thing, but when your staff cannot get it fixed in three days, that is an unforgivable failure in your service and maintenance system.
